- WEEK 1 PREDICTIONS -

WRITTEN BY: STEPHEN A. KELLERMAN

THE GOAT IS BACK. It is nice to have ETBL Elite back but let's be honest...you guys only care about moi. Commish says to be ruthless...don't have to ask me twice! Power Rankings will be out this week but for now let's do some predictions for Week 1. I do not know all the players so I might be off my game today but do not worry as the GOAT predictor will be locked in going forward. Let's make this the best season possible. No bullshit folks. Let's work.

3:30PM NETS vs ROCKETS – (ROCKETS +2

Two teams that seem to be locked and loaded. ROMAIN MCALLA. RO...STVRPLVYER...that's all I need to hear. Nets have a deep roster but Ro is that guy so I am going with them.

4:30PM BLAZERS vs BULLS - (BULLS +5)

Already hear rumblings of injuries, flops, rosters still in flux...so I have no idea what to expect but let's go with the Bulls who have a nice roster to say the least.

5:30PM HEAT VS KNICKS – (KNICKS +7

The Heat came together in less than a week it looks like. So not sure how well they well gel so early but I can see them getting better as the season progresses. Knicks seem to have everything set up and ready to go. Bronson is getting a lot of buzz lately and we shall see if he can deliver.

5:30PM PISTONS vs WOLVES – (PISTONS +9

The old guys vs the young fellas. Mayo is back and a guy who can lead the league in scoring is always gonna be a problem. Gonna come down to how good the role players are. The Pistons meanwhile have Kendell and Adrien leading the backcourt plus we can never forget about BIG MIKE.

6:30PM MAGIC vs WIZARDS – (MAGIC +6

GM Alvin will have his hands full trying to GM and play but let's see how he does in Elite. He looks to have a well rounded team with solid role players and Damion Davis leading the charge. Wizards have some star players on their team but it might take a bit to get going and figure out everyones role.

6:30 LAKERS vs RAPTORS – (RAPTORS +14

Unless something crazy happens...the Raptors led by Janath and Christian will dominate the Lakers. Too much IQ and talent. Lakers gonna have to play their A game if they have one.
